1. Your mission statement (in Word or PDF).
2. Your exhibition participation history over the last three years (in Word or PDF).
3. For Galleries: A list of the artists you plan to exhibit at the show (in Word or PDF).
a. At least one image of artwork from each artist (in JPEG), accompanied by details such as medium and dimensions.
b. A brief biography of each artist.
Booth cost includes:
1. 10' (3.65m) high perimeter white painted, hard walls
2. One Table and two chairs
3. Booth signage
4. Drayage
5. Basic lighting
6. One page in the show’s catalog.
Extra fees will be applied for additional items such as (but not limited to) extra labor, lighting, walls, furniture, custom paint, booth carpet, telephone, Wi-Fi / Internet service, special construction, rigging, electrical services, shelving, and sculpture pedestals.
Final booth size may vary and will be issued by World Wide Art Los Angeles; this depends on booth design and available floor space at the exhibition hall. Final booth size will be charged accordingly at a rate of $52.80/sq. ft. (under 400 sq. ft.) or $46.75/sq. ft (over 400 sq. ft.).
Please Note: This application is just the first step in the contracting process. Approved exhibitors will be contracted under separate cover. No contract will be sent until exhibitor is approved by the jury members of World Wide Art Los Angeles.
